Morning Coffee 4/14/20 Our Greatest Moment

April 13, 2020

We are captains but we are not in complete control. We are spectators but we are also role players. Some of us have built up wealth and store it all for our selves, only to have it rot and poison our own soul. Yet others take personal hurt and use it as a catalyst to make others whole.

The virus is not what we think it is, many say its purpose is to kill us but I say it's here to heal us. Social distancing is promoting families uniting. We may not be captains over the storm but we can decide if it sinks us or pushes us to new horizons. Each day is placed before us a choice of life or a choice of death. We make choices in ether direction every day we live. Let us make every effort to bring life into ours homes, life into our jobs, life into our families and most importantly life into our souls.

Corona: "A white or colored circle or set of concentric circles of light seen around a luminous body, especially around the sun or moon."

Here is something for us to think about. What if God designed this corona virus to be a illuminating moment in history instead of a tragic moment? Our greatest opportunity sometimes comes from what may look like our greatest enemy.

Much Love & God bless

  1. I read this post previously and felt led to circle back and read it again; it's just as refreshing the second time. Thank you for this positive perspective on such an unsure time.
