Read Proverbs 16:28 & 16:32

32 Whoever is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city. - Proverbs 16:32 ESV

Hello family, It takes a lot to hold back ones self when you are fill to the brim with anger. it is so much easier to shift into Incredible Hulk mode and let everything that moves feel your wrath. But what does it accomplish?

Unrestrained anger is like a tsunami, it destroys everything in its path, leaving behind hurt people that had nothing to do with making you angry. Even if they were the ones that angered you, you don't let you your anger cause you to say or do things you will regret.

Look at the image above. that is the result of 2011 japan tsunami. Our anger if left unchecked can do damage just as bad. Just like the three people in the image the people affected by our uncontrolled anger are left to pick up the pieces, wondering what just happened. And just like the damage done by the 2011 japan tsunami the damaged lives of the people we love won’t be repaired over night. it will take time to rebuild.

Just as the earthquake caused the tsunami, our own earthquake of anger can cause a friend to launch a tsunami of there own anger doing even greater damage than your initial moment of anger. Be carful in you anger don't let your earthquake cause someone to launch a tsunami You affect more than you know.

Much Love & God Bless
