READ DANIEL 1:1-15

15 And at the end of ten days their countenances appeared fairer and fatter in flesh than all the children which did eat the portion of the king's meat. - Daniel 1:15 KJV

Hello family, God places high value on our spiritual health there is no doubt about that. God is also concerned with our physical  health as well. He wants us to look well and be well, If we let this body go to pot we will not be effective in our God given purpose.

God had Daniel on a special diet for a simple reason, to keep him at his highest fitness. Yes God can use you even if you are not a fitness freak. But if your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit should you not take care of that temple? God has given me some instruction about my eating habits i admit i need to change. He is warning me for a reason. It would be stupid of me to ignore them. I need to be at my best, I can't be effective if i am sick or in recovery.

Has God told you to put down somethings for the betterment of your physical health? Why be stubborn and ignore it! Whatever it is junk food, smoking, stop being a couch potato and getting more active, drinking less soda and more water. Whatever is that God has been knocking at the door of your heart to do go and do it! It is real hard to be effective in His kingdom if we are not at 100% spiritually and physically. God would not ask you to do anything that was not within your ability. Now go and do as you were commanded it is for our health!!!

Much Love & God Bless
