8 Then I heard the Lord asking, "Whom should I send as a messenger to this people? Who will go for us?" I said, "Here I am. Send me." 9 And he said, "Yes, go, and say to this people, 'Listen carefully, but do not understand. Watch closely, but learn nothing.' 10 Harden the hearts of these people. Plug their ears and shut their eyes. That way, they will not see with their eyes, nor hear with their ears, nor understand with their hearts and turn to me for healing." - Isaiah 6:8-10 NLT
Hello family, Isaiah has answered Gods call and has volunteered to be God’s mouthpiece. How ever the words and warnings that God is going to give Isaiah will fall on deaf ears. The people will not listen. But Isaiah must still deliver the message God gave him until the entire city is desolate and empty.
Put you self in Isaiah’s shoes would you still go? Knowing that the person or people God has a message for wont listen or take heed to the warning. It must have felt impossible at times but Isaiah did as the Lord told him to do, until the city was barren and completely destroyed. God may give us an assignment like this. It is not for us to worry if the person receives the message God wants us to deliver. Our Job is to be obedient and deliver that message and anything else that comes with it! Will You Still Go?
Much Love & God Bless
