3 No longer will there be a curse upon anything. For the throne of God and of the Lamb will be there, and his servants will worship him. - Revelation 22:3 NLT

Hello family, God never intended work to be a burden. But the curse of sin has made it so. God gave Adam a job to name the animals and plants and take care of the garden. Im sure it was a pleasure to do until sin entered the world. When you read the title our work in heaven you probably thought, “isn't heaven a place of rest?” Yes heaven is a place of ultimate rest but that is a small part of Gods ultimate plan! Let go back to the very beginning.

15 The LORD God placed the man in the Garden of Eden to tend and watch over it. 16 But the LORD God warned him, "You may freely eat the fruit of every tree in the garden-- 17 except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If you eat its fruit, you are sure to die." - Genesis 2:15-17 NLT God had set up paradise for Adam and eve. They had one on one relationship with God they had intimate personal contact with God. They took care of the garden and fellowship with God until sin cam in to play.

From the very beginning God created use to serve and worship him, what an honor! God desires us to willingly serve him! As long as we are on this planet we will always fight the battle between our flesh which wants nothing to do with God. And the holy spirt living within us that urges us closer to God. But when God makes everything new and it is all said and done. Serving God will not be burdensome, no longer will we have to fight this sinful flesh. We will not tire of serving our heavenly father.

liMuch Love & God Bless
