Morning Coffee 7/23/15 Gotta Get It ALL!!! Pt1

July 23, 2015

“So Jehoshaphat ruled over the land of Judah. He was thirty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem twenty-five years. His mother was Azubah, the daughter of Shilhi. Jehoshaphat was a good king, following the ways of his father, Asa. He did what was pleasing in the Lord’s sight. During his reign, however, he failed to remove all the pagan shrines, and the people never fully committed themselves to follow the God of their ancestors.” (2 Chronicles 20:31-33 NLT)

Hello Family, “little foxes spoil the vine!” King Jehoshaphat inherited a kingdom that had been turned back to God by His father Asa. And he followed God also but he did not remove all the pagan shrines from Judah. So Jehoshaphat has Judah on the fence. And we can’t do that when God puts us in position and tells us to do a clean sweep we need to do a clean sweep of our life. Leaving no remnant of anything that could draw us away from God. Riding the fence comes with consequences and can affect or decisions. We will discuss that tomorrow in part 2.

Much Love & God Bless
