“When the  Lord  saw that Leah was unloved, he enabled her to have children, but Rachel could not conceive.  So Leah became pregnant and gave birth to a son. She named him Reuben,  for she said, “The  lord  has noticed my misery, and now my husband will love me.” She soon became pregnant again and gave birth to another son. She named him Simeon,  for she said, “The  lord  heard that I was unloved and has given me another son.” Then she became pregnant a third time and gave birth to another son. He was named Levi,  for she said, “Surely this time my husband will feel affection for me, since I have given him three sons!” Once again Leah became pregnant and gave birth to another son. She named him Judah,  for she said, “Now I will praise the  lord!” And then she stopped having children.” (Genesis 29:31-35 NLT)

Hello family here we are in Genesis chapter twenty nine. Leah was given to Jacob instead of Rachel, but Jacob didn’t want Leah, he loved Rachel. Leah felt forgotten and abandoned because, she didn’t not have her husbands love. But God loved her and blessed her with sons before Rachel because she was unloved.

That love that you are deprived of, that abandonment you feel can be taken away! God sees and feels your pain. Where others left you abandoned, God will not abandon, He is the only one that can fill the void. When Judah was born Leah gave praise to God because she realized God loved her far more than her husband. Know that you are Loved by God and that He sees hurting heart. And don't forget you!

Much Love & God Bless
